The price, but even that was too high for this place.
Shady, sketchy characters all over the place. Noisy all night long.

The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snores and though I only use the room to lay my head. The rooms are old and stagnant, and not only did I spend the first hour after check-in trying to determine if the place had bed bugs, lice, crabs etc. I ran out to Walgreen's and purchased a can of Lysol to give it a good once-over. I kept my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the entire time along with all the lights and TV since I was afraid someone would break in and steal my laptop and camera equipment I didn't take with while out. There is no safe in the rooms. They do have free WiFi, but very week. One night, two guys knocked on my door and asked for someone if was here. I told them (through the door) to check above me on the third floor, I hear the bed springs all night. ...read more

I liked it's location, it was cheap and had plenty of free parking.
Room was outdated and felt unclean, also busy street at night was very loud.

You get what you pay for at this hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful.
The bath tub almost wasn't big enough.

This was a great place to stay, the parking was amazing and the managers were more than helpful and the rooms were nice.

Great ethnic restaurants were nearby.
Constant street noise day and night.

The room was clean and well-kept. There was wireless internet throughout the hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking is included. Hotel is located on the main gay drag of the area. There is noise day and night. Most of the rooms do not have AC. Try sleeping with an open window with constant noise and try keeping the curtains open (to let in the air)while there is bright light from the parking lot outside. ...read more

Guy was polite and helpful.
Loud, small, hazardous chemicals, not basic amenities, hard bed, flat pillows, no AC, and the cool water.

For the price, the hotel room was incredibly nice. The room was clean and looked quite new.
The walls were kind of thin, so you could hear anyone who passed by your door.

The rooms were exceptionally nice and clean for the price of our room. Only wish the walls weren't so paper thin.
